Put accessories as a display is one of the perfect idea on how to store your accessories. Aside from saving the space, it looks nice as well as a wall decor. This time I want to share with you on how I make this Accessories Organiser.

Make Your Own Accessories Organiser

Supplies:

Wooden Frame, from Art Friend for 5.80 RM
Foam Board, from Art Friend for 3 RM
Cardboard, from Art Friend for 2 RM
Hocks, from ACE Hardware Shop
Picture Frame Hanger, from ACE Hardware Shop
Paint, from ACE Hardware Shop
Punching Pliers, from Mr. DIY
Wood and Paper glue. I got Elmer's Glue-All Multi-Purpose Glueand Elmer's Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive from ACE Hardware Shop
Ruler
Hammer
Staple Gun, from Mr. DIY
Paint Roll, from Mr. DIY

How to do it:

Step 1: Firstly, I measured the size of the wooden frame. The wooden frame's dimension is 30 cm x 40 cm. So I cut the foam board as many as 5 into 30 cm x 3 cm to create 5 rows.

Step 2: I used pencil to mark the location where I want to put the holes on the foam board. I created  as many as 14 holes in each foam board. So for total, I have 70 holes (14 x 5 foam boards) for my accessories organiser. The distance of each hole is 2 cm and I put the holes 1 cm or less distance from the bottom line. The reason was if I put the holes more than 1 cm from the bottom line, I couldn't put some of the earrings there. So firstly I have to make sure that the earrings fit inside the holes.

Step 3: Once I was sure that the holes spacing were quite fit enough for the earring, I used punching pliers to create the holes. I did for all 70 holes.

Step 4: After finished, I tried to put the earrings on the foam board to make sure that they are fit into it. Cool! It fit perfectly on the holes. :)

Step 5: I added cardboard to cover the back side of the wood. I cut it in the size of the wood, 30 cm x 40 cm.

Step 6: I painted them all with aluminium color paint.

Libu was confused what to do with those cardboard and wood

Step 7: Once it was completely dried, I assembled them together. I used Elmer's Multi Purpose Glue with extra strong formula and Elmer's Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive to glue the cardboard to the wood.

Step 8: After it dried, I used the staple gun as well for the cardboard in the back side of the wood. This is how it looked like.

Step 9: Anyways, I was not satisfied with the color. Then I made it with white color. I think it looks prettier. I added 8 hocks on it. I put them on the bottom of the wood. So this is how it turned out.
